Hey again!

My name is Thomas Sivertsen and this is my Testament!

One upon a time in western Norway, there was (and still is) a collection of 667 islands and reefs, called Austevoll. I grew up on one of these islands, surrounded by fishermen and footballers.

I guess I found myself reaching for something deeper, so I cultivated gardens in my mind, hardened by the salt air.
I´m not sure if the closet softened or toughened me, maybe both, in different ways, but I´m steady now, and I believe I found my voice.

With a Masters degree in Furniture and Interior Architecture under my belt, and a passion for storytelling, I find myself reaching for artistic endeavours and colours. This way I could be loud and bold.

Like the rest of us, I would occasionally find some pieces of myself that had chipped off and broken along the way, not really sure where they had once belonged, then I found stained glass. I realised that it felt like home, like my hands already knew the broken glass, and the colours felt familiar.

In some pretentious, poetic way I realised that the broken could be beautiful, that the breakable, however fragile, could be sturdy, once again.

And that´s how the light shines in, isn´t it?
